Did Phillip fart?

 "Tis better to fart, and bare the shame, than not to fart, and bare the pain!" 
 
  I say he did...and he probably does all the time.  What the heck he's almost ninety, and at that age
you don't hold anything back even if you want to!
The really important question?

    Philip`s fart is natural . Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth farts first . That is protocol.
